Non-accessible Content<\/h3>\n<p>The following content is not accessible due to non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>C.9.1.1.1<\/strong> \u2013 Some images lack a descriptive <code>alt<\/code> attribute, making their content incomprehensible for blind users.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C.9.1.3.1<\/strong> \u2013 Interface components (forms, buttons, links) are not always associated with accessible labels (<code>label<\/code>, <code>aria-label<\/code>, etc.); there are also empty headings and duplicate IDs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C.9.1.4.3<\/strong> \u2013 Insufficient contrast between text and background in various sections, below the minimum required ratio of 4.5:1.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C.9.1.4.4<\/strong> \u2013 The <code>meta viewport<\/code> attribute limits maximum zoom to 1, preventing text enlargement and hindering readability for low-vision users.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C.9.1.4.12<\/strong> \u2013 Changing text spacing (line height, margins, letter spacing) causes some information to be lost or overlap.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C.9.2.4.1<\/strong> \u2013 Not all content provides a mechanism to skip repetitive blocks (e.g., navigation).<\/li>\n<li><strong>C.9.2.4.2<\/strong> \u2013 Many pages lack a meaningful, unique <code>title<\/code> element that describes the page\u2019s content.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C.9.2.4.3<\/strong> \u2013 Keyboard focus order is not always consistent with visual content order, causing navigation confusion.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C.9.2.4.4<\/strong> \u2013 Some links are not sufficiently descriptive of their purpose (e.g., icons only, without a label or <code>aria-label<\/code>).<\/li>\n<li><strong>C.9.2.4.6<\/strong> \u2013 Headings (<code>&lt;h1&gt;<\/code>&#8230; <code>&lt;h6&gt;<\/code>) do not follow a coherent hierarchy and include empty or non-informative tags.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C.9.2.5.3<\/strong> \u2013 Some icon-only buttons lack visible accessible names or assigned <code>aria-label<\/code>s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C.9.3.2.2<\/strong> \u2013 Changes in content during form interaction may occur unexpectedly and without notification.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C.9.3.3.2<\/strong> \u2013 In some forms, explicit instructions or labels for input fields are missing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C.9.4.1.2<\/strong> \u2013 Many interactive components (buttons, sliders, forms) do not properly define accessible name, role, state, or value, and do not announce changes to assistive technologies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C.9.4.1.3<\/strong> \u2013 Some status messages (e.g., \u201cform submitted\u201d, \u201cerror\u201d) are not presented in a way detectable by assistive technologies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C.9.4.1.2<\/strong> \u2013 Some elements use invalid or incomplete <code>aria<\/code> attributes, undermining interaction with screen readers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C.9.4.1.2 (iframed)<\/strong> \u2013 Iframes lack a <code>title<\/code> attribute, making their content difficult to understand for users of assistive technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4.
