Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement for the website of private entities as per Art. 3, paragraph 1 of Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004

1. Commitment to Accessibility

Euronoleggi S.r.l. is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Law 4/2004 (the “Stanca” Law) and the UNI CEI EN 301 549 standards (based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA), to the best of its operational and financial capabilities.

2. Conformance Status

Partially conformant: the site is not yet fully accessible.

3. Non-accessible Content

The following content is not accessible due to non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004:

  • C.9.1.1.1 – Some images lack a descriptive alt attribute, making their content incomprehensible for blind users.
  • C.9.1.3.1 – Interface components (forms, buttons, links) are not always associated with accessible labels (label, aria-label, etc.); there are also empty headings and duplicate IDs.
  • C.9.1.4.3 – Insufficient contrast between text and background in various sections, below the minimum required ratio of 4.5:1.
  • C.9.1.4.4 – The meta viewport attribute limits maximum zoom to 1, preventing text enlargement and hindering readability for low-vision users.
  • C.9.1.4.12 – Changing text spacing (line height, margins, letter spacing) causes some information to be lost or overlap.
  • C.9.2.4.1 – Not all content provides a mechanism to skip repetitive blocks (e.g., navigation).
  • C.9.2.4.2 – Many pages lack a meaningful, unique title element that describes the page’s content.
  • C.9.2.4.3 – Keyboard focus order is not always consistent with visual content order, causing navigation confusion.
  • C.9.2.4.4 – Some links are not sufficiently descriptive of their purpose (e.g., icons only, without a label or aria-label).
  • C.9.2.4.6 – Headings (<h1><h6>) do not follow a coherent hierarchy and include empty or non-informative tags.
  • C.9.2.5.3 – Some icon-only buttons lack visible accessible names or assigned aria-labels.
  • C.9.3.2.2 – Changes in content during form interaction may occur unexpectedly and without notification.
  • C.9.3.3.2 – In some forms, explicit instructions or labels for input fields are missing.
  • C.9.4.1.2 – Many interactive components (buttons, sliders, forms) do not properly define accessible name, role, state, or value, and do not announce changes to assistive technologies.
  • C.9.4.1.3 – Some status messages (e.g., “form submitted”, “error”) are not presented in a way detectable by assistive technologies.
  • C.9.4.1.2 – Some elements use invalid or incomplete aria attributes, undermining interaction with screen readers.
  • C.9.4.1.2 (iframed) – Iframes lack a title attribute, making their content difficult to understand for users of assistive technologies.
